You are responsible for account credentials, activity under your account, and keeping profile and billing information accurate.

You must not upload unlawful, infringing, or harmful content. Platform misuse, abuse, or attempts to disrupt service operation are prohibited.

Service Availability
We continuously improve service quality but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability in all cases, including maintenance windows or provider outages.
Section 4
Intellectual Property
You retain ownership of your uploaded content. Retouched.ai retains ownership of platform software, design, and service features.
Section 5
Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Retouched.ai is not liable for indirect or consequential damages resulting from service use or inability to use the service.
